About the pilot program: Respin Health enrolled 230 women in an 8-week pilot program consisting of four core components: weekly group health coaching sessions, an evidence-based curriculum, suggested health behaviors, and an online community space. The pilot cohort included women across all stages of the menopausal transition. Participants were asked to complete the validated Menopause Quality of Life assessment at enrollment, day 30, and day 60; 59% completed the final assessment.
